Our 30-Day Happiness Promise

We want you to absolutely love your MYLOVII nails — but if you don’t, that’s okay!
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, items must be:

       - Unused and unworn

      - In their original packaging

      - In the same condition you received them

 

To start your return, email hello@mylovii.com.au with your order number and a short description of the reason.
We’ll guide you through the next steps.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  - For change-of-mind returns, customers cover return postage.

  - For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us first so we can review your case and advise the next steps.

Please notify us within 2 business days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue to help us resolve it promptly.

 

Love It or Swap It Guarantee

We want every MYLOVII experience to feel amazing — especially your first one!

 

For First-Time Customers

If this is your first order and one of your nail sets isn’t quite right, don’t stress — our Love It or Swap It Promise has you covered.

    - You can return one opened set per first order.

    - All other sets from that order must be unopened and in original packaging.

    - The request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

 

For Returning Customers

We’re happy to accept returns on unopened and unused sets within 30 days of delivery.
Opened sets are not eligible for refund or exchange after your first order.

 

Return Postage
   - Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

   - For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us with photos — our team will review your case and guide you on the next steps.

This policy is designed to give new customers a confident first experience, while keeping things fair and consistent for everyone.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving it at:  hello@mylovii.com.au

Include clear photos of the issue and your order number.
Our team will review your message and guide you through the next steps to make it right.

 

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

   - Refunds apply to the purchase price of returned items only.

   - The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

   - If your order originally qualified for free shipping but the remaining total falls below the free-shipping threshold after a return, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

   - We recommend using tracked postage when returning items.

   - Returns are processed within Australia for faster turnaround.

 

Gift Cards

Gift cards and purchases made using gift cards are non-refundable.

 

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product is faulty or not as described.
